Description
The E200 enjoys a SIL3 safety certificate and meets all requirements for home safety within the European domestic market, including conformances to EN 81-41 and Machinery Directive 2006/42/EC.
But as more than a hydraulic lift replacement, the E200 provides its users with ride and near-jolt-free smoothness. Nonetheless, the hydraulic lift does employ a roller chain mechanism and patented Greaseless Rail (GLR) technology. This innovative design features self-lubricating materials for the rails of the lift car; no oil or grease is required. This innovation not only shields the inner parts from dust and grease, but also makes the E200 run silently and smoothly.
Safety features are provided in the E200 to secure you and your family. This product is certified by TÜV SÜD in Germany for strict compliance in respect to the most stringent SIL 3 requirements and with the essential European home safety regulations EN 81-41 and Machinery Directive 2006/42/EC. It’s designed with five embedded layers of safety for peace of mind through its E200. It goes up from 0.15 to 0.3 m/s and can reach the height of 13,100 mm and supports a maximum load of 400 kg, whereby it is suitable for 3-4 people simultaneously.
The lift can be installed in buildings up to five floors, and the package could include up to six stops. Again, the cost of installation depends on this. Also, customization will dictate the final cost of an E200 hydraulic lift. Clients can choose to make different customisations, including doors, shafts, and interior and exterior designs of the lift. The extent to which one of these customization options will be accommodated in the overall price. What is required is that hydraulic lift does not demand a deep pit, machine room, or extensive headroom. Besides, it is energy efficient. It is powered via single-phase current with an intake of 1.45 kW while ascending and 0 kW while descending.
